Make room for the person doing the caring
Meet Artem gives caregivers a private place to organise the day, process the emotional load, and ask for help without having to perform strength.
Caregiving can fill every hour with logistics while leaving no room for the person carrying them. You may need to plan appointments, explain the same situation again, manage family expectations, and still act as though you are fine.
Artem can help you write a message, prepare a list, or reflect after a difficult day. It is not medical advice, emergency support, or a substitute for respite, family help, or professional care.
Unload the mental list
Put the tasks, worries, and decisions into separate groups: urgent, important, waiting, and not yours. A companion can help you turn a swirl into a list you can share with another person.
You do not have to include private medical records or identifying details. Describe only what is necessary for the planning question.
Practise asking for help
Caregivers often know they need help but cannot find the words. Artem can help you make a specific request with a time, task, and clear handoff instead of saying you need someone to help more.
If someone is in medical danger or you are unable to keep them safe, contact qualified urgent support. An app should never be the emergency plan.
Remember your own limits
Rest, food, boundaries, and support are not evidence that you care less. A sustainable care plan includes the caregiver as a person with needs, not only as a resource for everyone else.
