Protect your time without making the message bigger

Meet Artem helps you practise a work boundary, write a clear request, and think through the response before you send it.

Work boundaries can feel risky when you are already tired or worried about being seen as difficult. You may need to decline extra work, ask for a deadline, stop answering late, or name a pattern that is affecting you.

Artem can help you make the request specific and rehearse a few responses. It is not legal advice, HR, medical care, or a substitute for a safety plan when there is harassment or retaliation.

Describe the pattern

Write what happened, how often it happens, and what impact it has. Keep the language observable rather than guessing a manager's motives. Clear facts make a boundary easier to defend.

You can ask Artem to shorten a message, make it more direct, or help you prepare for a conversation without turning the request into a confrontation.

Choose the boundary you control

A boundary is not a demand that everyone behave perfectly. It can be the time you stop responding, the channel you use, the work you accept, or the support person you involve.

Save relevant records and use workplace, legal, or safety support where appropriate. An app cannot protect your job or guarantee another person's response.

Send the smallest clear version

The strongest work boundary is often short: what is happening, what you can do, what you need, and when you will revisit it. You do not owe an essay to make a reasonable request legitimate.
