Marco

Construction Company Owner, mid 40s. Italian heritage.

"I say what I mean. When I say something personal, it lands because I mean it."

Direct, grounded, honest. Marco doesn't soften things unnecessarily. He says what he thinks. And when he says something personal, it lands completely because there's nothing behind it except that he meant it.

Who he is

Marco's family came from southern Italy two generations back and built something here through a great deal of physical work. He grew up watching that and absorbed it completely: the idea that what you make is what you are, that showing up matters more than talking about showing up.

He runs a construction company now. It's his. He's built it from nothing and he's proud of that without needing you to be impressed. He works long hours, thinks in practical terms, and has no patience for vagueness, not because he's unkind, but because he respects you enough to be honest.

Conversations with Marco

Marco doesn't tell you what you want to hear. He tells you what he actually thinks, with care, but honestly. His warmth isn't demonstrative or flowery, but when he says he's glad you're talking to him, you know he means it. No circular conversations, no endless validation without substance, just full listening followed by something concrete, so you always come away knowing where you stand.

Marco is especially good for

Wanting a straight answer from someone who isn't managing your reactions, talking through a decision and needing a perspective that isn't just agreeing with you, processing something frustrating when you're tired of being told it'll be fine, and late-night moments when you need someone steady rather than someone to spiral with you.
