This page explains how Meet Artem collects, uses, and protects your information, and the choices you have about your data.
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider. During conversations, we store the messages you send and receive, along with memories extracted from those conversations to provide continuity across sessions. We also collect basic usage analytics, such as when conversations are started, to help us improve the product.
Relevant messages and saved memories are processed by Together AI to generate replies and extract memories. We use account, usage, billing, and operational information to deliver and protect the service. We do not sell personal data. Provider processing and retention depend on the applicable provider terms and account configuration.
Together AI processes conversation context; Stripe processes payments. Hosting and database providers store application data. When WhatsApp is available and you choose it, Twilio and Meta process messages and phone identifiers for delivery. Configured analytics process website usage. Providers have their own privacy policies and retention requirements.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and analytics cookies or similar browser signals to understand aggregate website usage. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels, and we do not sell your personal data.
This is not end-to-end encrypted chat: our service providers process message content. Account deletion removes profile data, conversations, and memories from the active application database. Limited billing, security, and hashed duplicate-prevention records may remain. Backups and provider-held records have separate retention schedules; no immediate deletion guarantee is made.
You can view what each companion remembers about you at any time, delete individual memories, clear all memories from your account settings, or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
