This page explains how Meet Artem collects, uses, and protects your information, and the choices you have about your data.
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider. During conversations, we store the messages you send and receive, along with memories extracted from those conversations to provide continuity across sessions. We also collect basic usage analytics, such as when conversations are started, to help us improve the product.
Your conversation history and memories are used solely to power your experience. They give your companions context about who you are and what you've shared. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Your data is yours.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic's Claude API to power the AI companions, and Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and page usage. We may also use privacy-focused site analytics when configured for operational reporting.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and analytics cookies or similar browser signals to understand aggregate website usage. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels, and we do not sell your personal data.
You can view what each companion remembers about you at any time, delete individual memories, clear all memories from your account settings, or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
